Unfortunately, returns are not accepted at this time on any of our items. However, if there is an issue with your product, please contact us at infoaraenfants@gmail.com. We may be able to arrange a return on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping and Delivery

Currently, we exclusively deliver to the following locations, all of which are in Canada: Québec, Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland & Labrador, and Prince Edward Island.    

The order processing time for physical products is 1-2 days.
